My name is Dennis Wagner and I work as an independent bookkeeper. I’m Danish, based in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and I support small and medium-sized businesses across Denmark remotely with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and VAT.
My focus is structure, clarity, and reliable processes—so your accounts are always up to date and easy to trust. I’m technically strong and good at making systems and workflows work together, so you get a setup that actually works in practice.

I make sure your VAT is reconciled and filed on time and I’ll flag anything that stands out. That way you avoid surprises and stay on top of the numbers.

I help with payroll, holiday pay, AM-bidrag (labour market contributions) and filings done correctly and on time. I can also set up a simple payroll flow if you’re starting from scratch.
03Ongoing bookkeeping
I keep your bookkeeping up to date and stay on top of receipts, bank transactions and accounts so your books are always current. You get clarity and a steady rhythm without having to chase it yourself.
01Year-end closing
I prepare your accounts with reconciliations and documentation, so the year-end process becomes simple and smooth. I can also assist with filing when no sign-off from a state-authorised auditor is required.
04Monthly reports
You receive a short, easy-to-read monthly update with the essentials: status, deviations and what you should react to. So you can stay informed without diving into the details.
07System setup
I help with bank integrations, chart of accounts and solid workflows, so bookkeeping becomes easier going forward. We set everything up properly from the start so it works in real life.
